3 April 2009 ASPS Awards We are delighted to report that two individuals will be honoured at this year's Congress. Peter Westwood (Kirkcudbright) will be invited to sign the Book of Scottish Philatelists, the Association's highest honour. This recognizes his years of research and publications on Robert Burns, including the philatelic aspects. Jim Haggart (Edinburgh) will be awarded the ASPS Award of Merit for services to his local society. |
